Q: How long does it take to get a custom ring built?

A: This will depend on the complexity of the design but generally, you're looking at about 2-3 weeks from start to finish.

Q: I already have a center diamond. Can I get it set into a custom engagement ring?

A: Yes.

Q: I'm not exactly sure if my design will work. Can you help me?

A: Definitely, our design consultants all have hands-on jewellery manufacturing experience so they will work with you to ensure that your custom piece is secure as well as beautiful.

Q: I'm thinking of using pearls and other gemstones in my ring. Do you work with stones other than diamonds?

A: Absolutely. Although we specialize in diamonds, we will provide you with whatever gemstone you prefer. We can even make suggestions if you're not sure which gemstones would work best for your design.

Q: My engagement ring is uniquely shaped. Can you build me a ring that fits with it?

A: Yes. Custom-fitted wedding rings are our specialty. If your ring requires a custom-fitted band, we will likely need to borrow your ring for a couple of days while we build a mould.
