The Process in a Nutshell

At Engage, there are 3 steps we take you through in the simple process of building your custom engagement ring. The whole process will take between 2 to 4 weeks.

Step 1. Design (takes 20 minutes to 1 hour depending on the project)
- one of our design consultants will discuss your ideas with you in person
- learn about diamonds, gemstones and metals to aid you in your choices
- receive a quote on your piece

Step 2: Prototype Creation (takes about 1-2 weeks to create)
- wax or resin-based prototype is built, based on customer’s design
- changes made as necessary

Step 3: Jewellery Fabrication (1-2 weeks depending on ring)
- All the work’s in our hands now. Your idea is becoming a reality.

How Much Will this Cost?

We don’t charge anything extra for this service. All ‘custom’ fees are incorporated into the quote we provide you. You may be surprised, but most of the time, we can create a custom piece for cheaper than you can buy it finished!

We provide the your quote on the spot after we discuss the specifics of your design, so you don’t have to wait!

Because of the expertise of our consultants, they can also help you create your idea WITHIN the budget you have in mind.

What If I Don't Like It?

You’ll be happy. We guarantee it. Our process ensures that you will be able to see your idea unfold step-by-step so we can make changes as necessary.

If you absolutely do not like it at all, we’ll refund your deposit.
