Q: Are Engage's diamonds conflict-free?

A: All diamonds at Engage Diamond Studio have been purchased from legitimate sources in compliance with United Nations Resolutions and the Kimberly Process Scheme. We are diligent to ensure that all our suppliers follow all necessary protocols required by law.

Q: How long does it take for my ring to be made?

A: Gold rings are finished within a week and platinum rings take about 2 weeks.

Q: Do you sell diamond jewellery other than engagement rings?

A: Yes, we carry some select pieces of diamond jewellery such as diamond stud earrings, pendants and tennis bracelets.Q: How long does it take for my ri

Q: Can I sell my diamond to Engage?

A: We would be happy to take a look at your diamond. Whether we will buy it or not will be judged on a case-by-case basis.

Q: Can I change my setting if my girlfriend (fiancée) isn't thrilled about the style I chose?

A: You may change the style of your solitaire ring for another setting of equal or greater value for up to 30 days from the day of pick-up. If the setting you decide to change to is more expensive than the one you purchased, we will just charge you the difference.

Q: I have some diamonds from an existing piece of jewellery which I wanted to incorporate into my ring. Can I use them?

Most certainly.

Q: I wanted my engagement ring to be set with blue sapphire sidestones beside my center diamond. Can you do that?

A: Yes. The only things that will limit what we can do is your imagination and your budget.

Q: I have a picture of a ring I liked. If I showed it to you, can you make it for me?

A: Yes

Q: How much should I spend on my engagement ring?

A: Some people will tell you that it should be 2 to 3 months worth of your salary. (Is that gross or net though?) Others say it should have at least a 1 carat diamond. We don't follow any of these guidelines. It may sound cliché but you should budget what you're comfortable with. We will help you express what you want to express with the budget you have in mind.
