It was awesome working with Engage. Let me start by saying that I did not have any clue about diamonds. I was looking around for a custom ring for my girlfriend at the time and found Engage’s website. This website was very informative and helped me get some insight into diamonds. I was very captivated by the idea of getting a model done before the finished product. After doing some research online, I felt that Engage would suit me best. They also happened to be located close to where I live.

From the get go I had a custom design in mind and Ji helped me put my ideas together. The diamond selection process was easy and I loved looking at those diamonds under the microscope. I originally visited Ji in Jan and told him that I’d be back in Feb. I came back in June and asked him to finish the ring in less than 2 weeks. Ji was up to the task and he delivered on time. Now, my fiancée loves the ring and the custom design and shows it off to everyone. We are coming back for our wedding bands.

Hey Ji!

It was so exciting to bust out the box, go down on bended knee and see my fiancée's eyes light up when see saw the ring!

I was going to propose Saturday afternoon but guess what? I couldn't wait...Friday night in my condo I popped the question.

It was so nice. Bottle of champagne to celebrate, sending and receiving text messages from close friends…It was special. We were ecstatic. The place where it all started and it was the last weekend in there before we move into our new home.

We went in with a picture of an engagement ring in hand and wanted it produced within a certain budget and with time constraints.  Ji exceeded our expectations. He found the shape, cut and Canadian diamond we wanted.
